Cancellation Policies:

• High Season (Dec 1, 2024 – Apr 30, 2025): 50% charge for cancellations within 30 days of arrival; no refund after that.
• Low Season (May 1 – Nov 30, 2024): 50% charge for cancellations within 15 days of arrival; no refund after that.

Children under 6 stay free; additional person: $20 + taxes.
